The Project
Allen Retail Consultancy were appointed to manage the delivery of their new stores throughout the UK and Republic of Ireland, in addition to the relocation of their Irish HQ and Kiosk installation to airports, railway stations and large retail developments.
Our Role
Allen Retail Consultany's role was to provide Project Management, Construction Management, Cost Management, Building Surveying and Planning Application in order to deliver on time and within budget.
Outcome
Allen Retail Consultancy went on to deliver the worlds first vintage Omega store in Burlington Arcade and the first Calvin Klein jewellery store in Mayfair. These stores incorporate the combination of old and new, retaining listed building features complimenting contemporary retail design.
Swatch Group is the world's second-largest watchmaker with 18 watch brands ranging from low-priced, collectible Swatch and Flik Flak to premium-priced Blancpain, Brequet and Omega brands.
Swatch Group are dedicated to develop their profile within the UK and have now opened Swatch stores in Manchester, Edinburgh, Dublin, Blanchardstown, Birmingham, Cardiff and Aberdeen.
Swatch stores offer the customer a vibrant, bright and colourful retail environment with two distinct packages; Jellyfish and Atlantis.
